Basic terms for using ServiceCard.

ServiceCard helps service businesses generate and publish profile cards. You are responsible for the information you submit, edit, approve, and publish through the service.
Account responsibility
Keep your dashboard username and password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping published business information accurate.
Generated content
AI-generated drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. Review services, prices, contact details, photos, hours, reviews, and legal claims before publishing a card.
Acceptable use
Do not use ServiceCard to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content. Do not attempt to access accounts, dashboards, leads, or data that do not belong to you.
Customer leads
Lead forms are provided as a convenience. ServiceCard does not guarantee that a submitted lead will become a customer, accepted quote, payment, or completed job.
Customer payments
ServiceCard does not currently process customer deposits or payments for businesses. Businesses remain solely responsible for arranging payment directly with their customers and for pricing, taxes, refunds, disputes, customer support, and fulfillment.
Quotes and taxes
Businesses are responsible for making quote scope, deposits, taxes, discounts, expiration dates, and terms accurate. Tax fields in a quote are entered by the business and are not tax advice. Quote acceptance through ServiceCard does not itself collect money or create tax, escrow, or payment-processing services.
Billing and renewal
ServiceCard costs $99 for the first year and renews automatically at $149 per year after that unless canceled. The generated sample remains watermarked and cannot collect leads until activation. You can cancel from the dashboard to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access remains active until then. Taxes may be added by Stripe when required. If ServiceCard is not a fit after activation, contact us within 30 days for a refund. Future renewal charges are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Availability
We aim to keep ServiceCard available, but the service may change, pause, or experience downtime. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops.
Limitation of liability
ServiceCard is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ServiceCard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to use of the service.
